Oak Street Health was struggling to implement a new visual identity within their standard Eloqua email templates. They felt outdated and unable to access modern efficiencies available in content planning and production.
Our creative content, design, and HTML development teams came together to create a modular email template that could both move their current programs into their new visual brand, as well as provide improvements that allow for better content planning and aid in future production efficiencies.
The modular email template has been used for several multi-touch programs and ad-hoc campaigns in collaboration with our team, and continues to be used by the Oak street team.
