As the national sponsor for NBCUniversal's 2020 Tokyo Olympics Games broadcast, Comcast took on a great opportunity and responsibility: bringing the Olympics to America. With more coverage of the Games and more ways to access it than ever before, the Comcast team tasked Oracle CX Marketing Consulting Creative Services with creating a series of emails that would increase awareness of their tune-in content offerings and integrations across their X1 and Flex devices.
