Challenge

Laphroaig wanted to build out a customer loyalty program from the ground up to engage their audience and, of course, boost revenue.

Solution

We leveraged CrowdTwist to host dynamic widgets on the Laphroaig website and offer simple rewards for engagement, purchases, and community building.

Result

The new program has created a social space for Laphroaig drinkers to stay engaged with the brand and other fans around the world. The program has done well and is now undergoing new updates to further expand rewards and engagement opportunities.
