Wolters Kluwer approached us with an ambitious goal to have 20+ new, automated email messages built and in market within a 4-week timeline. They also hoped to standardize the look and feel of their emails, and find a process that would allow them to expand and market more effectively.
Using the Welcome program and follow-up triggers as a starting point, our creative team developed a responsive, modular email design system and content map built around the client’s need to communicate complex ideas and match a prospect’s actions with perfect clarity.
The emails went live even earlier than planned and, while they’ve only been in market for a short period, we have already seen significant improvements in engagement; UOR increased from 12.15% to over 31%, and UCR jumped from .91% to 21.77%.
